My name is Beata – I am the Head Trainer and founder of FitnessVIP. Born in Poland, I trained with the national Alpine Skiing team before completing a Masters Degree in Sports Science. I have over twenty years’ experience in the fitness industry, having worked at various sport clubs around the world and as a freelance personal trainer. My sessions are based around the client’s individual needs and goals, but are always intense, varied, and with an emphasis on correct form and technique.

Hi, I am a mum of two young and energetic children, and a fitness and sports lover.  Before receiving my fitness qualifications, I spent over 10 years in the corporate world.  I know how hard it is to juggle a personal and professional life, while making time for yourself and your health and fitness.  My passion is to inspire others to start their fitness journeys, and to learn to enjoy the process.  My approach to training is to analyse potential muscle imbalances, build up a strong and stable foundation, and then build on top of that to achieve your goals.

Hello, I have been into fitness from a very young age taking part in different sports and fitness activities like swimming, athletics, and dancing. A few years ago, I decided to pass my passion for fitness to other people by helping them exercise and reach their desired fitness goals.

SPORT THERAPIST  Justyna

I graduated with a BTEC (Level 5) from the prestigious London School of Sports Massage, and I am a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM).

 

 

 

Specialising in sports and remedial deep tissue massage, I use a broad range of massage and manual therapy treatment techniques :

  • Muscle Energy Technique,
  • Neuromuscular Technique,
  • Trigger Point Therapy,
  •  Soft Tissue Release to help quickly alleviate acute condition (e.g. muscle and joint sprains, soft tissue tension)  also chronic conditions (e.g. chronic low back and neck pain) that may need ongoing treatments to help manage pain levels.
